Serviam Gardens & Serviam Towers comprise one 7-story building flanked by two 9-story towers. Serviam Gardens began with the gut-rehabilitation of Mount Saint Ursula, a 3-story, 100 year old convent. This was followed by the new construction of the residential tower, a 7-story, 83-unit apartment complex. Construction included a sky bridge and rooftop terrace garden.
Serviam Towers is comprised of two 9-story buildings, each with 80 units. The complex is energy efficient with low-emissive argon-filled windows, Energy Star appliances, low-flow water fixtures, bamboo flooring, and bathroom tiles made of recycled content. The buildings feature low-energy elevators, improved insulation and efficient boiler systems as well as a rainwater collection system, used to water the rooftop gardens.
Serviam also features 23,000SF of landscaping on the grounds, a wellness center, game room, library, exercise room, media room and several lounges and gathering spaces.
