La Casa Del Sol

La Casa Del Sol is a 12-story, 114-unit new project, combining structural steel and concrete block and plank. It features a two-story, 5,000 sq. ft. partial underground parking garage, first floor daycare center, and an ambulatory diagnostic and treatment facility. There is also 11,000 sq. ft. of commercial space as well as a rooftop terrace for the tenants to enjoy.
