Brook Willis Houses

• Brook Willis Houses is a five-building landmarked rehabilitation project. The complete gut-rehab included new roofs, boilers, elevators and mechanical systems as well as masonry restoration and structural repairs. The kitchens and bathrooms were completely renovated and the buildings were updated with handicap accessibility.
